Delivering Digital have developed an on-line tool that allows Pharmacy Channel’s individual pharmacist clients to access a library of content and templates from which they can choose specific themes and create their own personalised messages for elements within the Pharmacy TV playlist.
Pharmacy Channel media team create and manage the overall loop – using the EnQii Remote Transfer Software – and this cannot be changed by any of the pharmacists.
Pharmacy Channel use the tool for managing their own CRM systems – providing a web page for the individual pharmacist (post log-in) from which they can see news relating to the channel, sign up for different services(such as mobile phone marketing) and engage with the overall Pharmacy Channel business concept.
