This project was a prime example of how automation can help smooth the process of scaling a network.
Due to the mix of core content with both local and national advertising, every site had a totally unique playlist. Delivering Digital created programs that automatically created these playlists from the sales inventory databases. The previous manual method took on average 40 minutes per site to create which seriously impaired expansion. Our systems averaged 0.2 seconds per site.
Vision TV’s field sales force, also use the system to manage their different contacts, media sales quotations and bookings. The system keeping an overall record of all sales activity, and providing a complete media booking schedule.
